    This is popular recipe is similar to the dish I grew up calling “funeral potatoes”. It’s a great way to use up leftover potatoes or you can microwave raw potatoes until almost cooked. Whichever potatoes you choose they should be almost fully cooked or cut into cubes.     If you love railroads you'll love The WW&F Railway Museum. They are rebuilding the Wiscasset, Waterville, and Farmington (WW&F) Railway and have many opportunities for volunteers to help out. They’ve already restored 2.6 miles of railroad, rebuilt an original WW&F steam locomotive, and restored several railroad cars.
