Rental of the event space includes use of all five rooms. Rental time includes all set up and take down for the event.
Full Day Rental – $300
Full day rentals are available from 9:30 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 10 pm on weekend. Event hosts can enter the space to set up starting as early as 6 am. If all or most guests attending the event are staying at the lodge the space can be used earlier (access to the space is through the dining room and too many outside guests would disturb our guest’s breakfast). Additional late night hours are possible with an additional fee. Weekend rentals in July and August are full days only.
Planning to rent our event space and have guests stay with us? We provide a 10% discount on the space for every hotel room night rented in conjunction with the event space, down to the minimum amount of $100. This special pricing is not available for weekend rentals in July and August.
Half Day Rental – $200
Half day rentals are available from 10 am to 3 pm or 4 pm to 10 pm and are not available on weekends in July and August.
3 Hour Rental $100
3 hour rentals are available for weekdays only.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve the event space. Payment in full as well as a damage deposit is required on the day of the event. The damage deposit is refunded if the space is left clean and with no damage. No holes may be put into the walls and only painter’s tape may be used.
The event space is located on the second floor of our lodge building. It is accessed by an inside staircase, there is no elevator.
