Our event space is an easy and affordable place to have your next retreat, meeting or event.
Rental of the event space includes use of all five rooms. Rental rates include the use of 55 chairs and 10 tables if needed. All set up and take down time must occur during rental time.
Full Day Rental – $300 ($150 for nonprofits)
Full day rentals are available from 9:30 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 10 pm on weekends. Event hosts can enter the space to set up starting as early as 6 am. If all or most guests attending the event are staying at the lodge the space can be used earlier (access to the space is through the dining room and too many outside visitors would disturb our guest’s breakfast).
Planning to rent our event space and have guests stay with us? We provide a 10% discount on the space for every hotel room night rented in conjunction with the event space, down to a minimum of $100. This special pricing is not available for weekend rentals in July and August or the Columbus Day Weekend.
Half Day Rental – $200 ($100 for nonprofits)
Half day rentals are available from 10 am to 3 pm or 4 pm to 10 pm.
3 Hour Rental $100 ($50 for nonprofits)
Rentals are available 10 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 5 pm, and 6 pm to 9 or 10 pm.
The event space is closed every year from January through April.
We do not book weddings during the last two weekends in July, the first two weekends in August or Columbus Day Weekend.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve the event space. Payment is required on the day of the event. A credit card is held in case of damage. No holes may be put into the walls and only painter’s tape may be used to attach displays to the wall.
The event space is located on the second floor of our lodge building. It is accessed by an inside staircase, there is no elevator.
