Travel Restrictions to Maine Eased

Maine’s Governor just announced more relaxed travel restrictions to Maine.

Currently people from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Vermont are exempt from any travel restriction. Also, people who have been fully vaccinated regardless of their state are exempt from restrictions.

So if you’ve had both your shots, you can start making travel plans! Reserve your room at Wiscasset Woods Lodge here! We open for the season on May 27th.

Starting May 1st, most states will be exempt from travel restrictions – unless they are having a particularly bad outbreak – then it will be on a case by case basis.

Mask and social distancing rules will still apply. And all guests will still be required to sign the Pledge to Protect Maine before checking into any lodging. Read more about the changes to travel restrictions here.

We will still be working hard to keep all our hotel guests safe and happy. Check out our changes for 20201 here.

We look forward to seeing all of you again this summer!
